Working hours : 08.00 – 17.00 hrs.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing all Corporate financial resources with an appropriate balance of maximizing returns and minimizing risks to be in line with company’s strategic plan.
Review investment business plans and determine the policy for the investment business plans of new projects, especially from the financial perspective.
Collaborate with Business Development Group to determine the funding policies and funding alternatives for a project, review valuation of greenfield projects and asset acquisitions.
Oversee and provide consultation to subsidiary both domestic and international to be in line company's policy and investment plan.

Qualifications:

Master Degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics.
At least 20 years of relevant experiences
- 10 year experiences in financial management, especially with listed companies, project financing and corporate financing.
- 10 year experiences at management level in power or related business or organization with minimum revenue 100 MB annually.
TOEIC over 800 or equal is preferable.
Experience in international funding, abroad , types of Fundraising in overseas.

Required Technical skills/Competencies

Financial management, accounting management, treasury management, and financial/capital market.
