Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Insurance market situation, market trend, product trend and competitors’ movement to assess business potentials.

  • Plan and Execute Reinsurance Business Development for assigned accounts.

  • Prepare & Conduct Company’s presentation to Ceding companies & business partners.

  • Propose new products or business ideas together with marketing strategy to business partner.

  • Lead and coordinate with related team (Actuarial, Marketing, Underwriting, Compliance, Operations) on the pricing and proposal development until project launch.

  • Work with product development team on new product initiatives, gathering supporting research and identify value proposition.

  • Keep monitoring portfolio performance and provide regular reports to Management.

  • Be able to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.

  • 5 years working experience in Business Development, Product Development, Account Management or related fields in life insurance companies.

  • Innovative thinking, Analytical-minded, Independent, Self-motivated, Results-oriented and Dynamic person.

  • Proven performance track record and outstanding presentation skills.

  • Good communication in English both writing and speaking.

  • Good project management skills.

  • Good communication and problem solving skills

Working hours :

09.00 – 18.00 hrs. (Working 5 day and flexible time)
