Responsibilities:

  • Execute Functional test and Non-Functional test products and identifying deficiencies.

  • Perform both Manual and Automation testing on the current products

  • Develop automation test scripts by using Robot Framework, Cypress tools and etc.

  • Suggest solutions to identified product problems.

  • Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor and support cases on Production.

  • Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy

  • Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution.

  • Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement.

  • Oversee continuous improvement projects.

  • Collect quality data.

  • Identify key KPIs for product quality.

  • Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management.

 Qualifications:

  • Must have experience in both manual and automated testing.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineer, Computer Science or similar relevant field.

  • 2 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer.

  • 2 years of experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, Behavior Driven Development, Test Driven Development Strategies, and other.

  • 2 years of experience in using automated testing such as Robot Framework, Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Postman, JMeter and etc.

  • 2 years of experience with Performance Testing and Load Testing.

  • 2 years of experience with monitor tools to investigate causes when services down.

  • 2 years of experience with coding using Python, PHP, JAVASCRIPT, HTML5, JSON.

  • 2 years of experience with website and network security technology.

  • 2 years of experience with software QA tools and processes.

  • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.

  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

  • Team player.

  • Good time-management skills.

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
