Division Manager (Medical Equipment) (80K-120K) - Ladphrao 107 (Thai Only)

Location: Ladphrao 107

Clients: Medical equipment

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set target in compliance with company policy.

• Create strategic plan to achieve target.

• Oversee the implementation of strategic plan.

• Organize overall process and operation across the business unit.

• Motivate and drive all managers and employees effectively.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the business unit.

• Foresee trend as well as the business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration/ Marketing or related field.

• At least 10 years experiences in management level.

• Age over 37 years. Experience in Non-Hospital/Home Care sector is preferable.

• Experience in Marketing, Business plan and manage sales team.

• Good command of English.

• Strategic mind and have ability to influence others.

• Self-motivated and problem solver.

Working hours :

08.00 – 17.00 hrs.
